Mr. Drapp is a co-founding principal of Drapp & Jaumann, LLC. Prior to forming the
firm, Mr. Drapp was associated with the firm of Slavitt, Connery & Vardamis in
Norwalk, Connecticut where he engaged in a general practice of law including
landlord/tenant issues, family law and divorce, and all aspects of real estate law.
Mr. Drapp continues to engage in a general practice of law and routinely practices in the
areas of family law and divorce, juvenile law, landlord/tenant law, probate, trusts and
estates, criminal law and appeals, business law and civil litigation. Mr. Drapp presently
serves as a special public defender in several Connecticut trial courts, and regularly
represents children in neglect and deliquency proceedings in the Superior Court for
Juvenile Matters in Bridgeport. In addition, his practice includes a great deal of
real estate matters, including purchases and sales of residential and commercial
properties, refinances, lease negotiations, foreclosures, and condominium law. Mr. Drapp
is also a licensed real estate broker and licensed surety bail bondsman in Connecticut.
Mr. Drapp is currently an adjunct instructor in the areas of Real Estate Principles and
Practices and Current Issues in Real Estate at Housatonic Community College in Bridgeport,
Connecticut. He is a member of the Greater Bridgeport, Connecticut and New York
State Bar Associations as well as the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association.
